Training- Come
"Come" is the most important command that a cockapoo should learn. If your cockapoo is busy havi' a good time and you need to take it somewhere, "Come" would certainly come in handy, or a call of its name. This is how to train a cockapoo how to "Come" to you.
1. Stand close to your dog with a treat gripped in your hand. Your dog will smell the treat, and want to come to you immediately.
2. Back up a few steps, shake the treat, having already revealed it, and say, "Come!"
3. When your dog obediently follows,praise it ant tell it what a good dog it is, and feed it the treat. That should plaster a huge doggy grin on its face!
